🌊 Your Journey to Becoming a Diver
The course is designed to take you from the pool to the open ocean through three core phases:
- Theory Lessons (Six Sessions): A flexible blend of online and face-to-face training where you will master the essentials of diving physics, equipment, and safety.
- Pool Sessions (5 Sessions): Carried out at the Sedbergh School Pool. This indoor, heated, 3m-deep facility is the perfect environment to practice your first breaths underwater.
- Open Water Dives: Complete four dives over two days at the crystal-clear Capernwray Dive Centre in Carnforth with our instructors and safety divers.
